Parts Department:

We offer the largest parts department in Myrtle Beach for kitchen and laundry appliances.  We stock many parts and can normally have out-of-stock parts delivered with next day service to accommodate our customers.  Bring in the make and model number of your kitchen or laundry appliance and one of our very knowledgeable parts employees will take care of you.

Service Department:

We service everything we sell and most other major kitchen appliance brands.  Our service department works on an ‘our customer first’ policy.  Customers who purchase appliances from PCW will have priority over non-purchasing customers.  We make our best effort in trying to service all customers who need a service call.  Please call our service staff  today to set up an in home visit, or feel free to bring your unit in to our service shop and one of our in-house technicians will diagnose the problems.

Sales Department:

PCW offers a wide range of home appliances to satisfy everyone’s needs.  We work extensively with many local builders, rental companies, and walk in clientele.  PCW is part of a large buying group which allows us to keep our prices lower than the ‘big box’ stores located in the area.  We stock many items for same/next day delivery and can special order most items to arrive in 7-10 business days.   Typically the residential professional equipment is special ordered but we do have a selection of last season’s models that can be sold at special discounted prices.  We do not require appointments so please stop by and see us today.
