In 2008, Generations Realty was founded under the ownership of Jim Conway. Jim has been a licensed Realtor for over 40 years. Generations Realty has two locations in Marion and Tiffin, Ohio to better help our clients. We serve most of central Ohio and the surrounding communities. Our mission within the real estate industry is to be the best version of agents possible and give our clients access to all forms of information in helping them to make the most educated decisions with their real estate needs.

We involve ourselves within our local communities. We have donated our time and effort to such events as: Hospice Golf outings; 5K runs with donations going toward different needs within the community; Cupcake Wars with donations benefiting Hospice; Veterans dinners to honor local Veterans and their families for their service to not only our community, but our country; raising money to keep the local pool open for the youth to enjoy and collecting can foods for local food pantries–just to name a few. We, at Generations Realty, hope to make a difference within our communities.

In addition to buying and selling real estate, Generations Realty also offers services such as property management, relocation assistance, and we have a licensed auctioneer.
