Who we are:
Top to Bottom Home Inspections, LLC is a professional home inspection company located in Hastings, NE. We specialize in residential home inspections, light commercial building inspections and radon testing throughout Central NE, the tri-cities,
and surrounding areas. We provide high quality, thorough, professional inspections.
 

Our Inspector:
Dick Hansen is the President and ASHI Certified Real Estate Inspector. Dick is a graduate of the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. Prior to establishing Top to Bottom Home Inspections, LLC, Dick had over 30 years of construction experience as a carpenter and a remodeling contractor.
 

Our Reports:
Each home inspection report thoroughly reflects the current condition of the home being inspected at the time of the inspection. Our philosophy is to identify the defects, explain why there are defects, and refer our clients to the properly qualified professionals to repair or replace the defects. We use computer generated reports that allow us to insert digital photos and fully
describe the issues and defects.
 

Insurance:
We have always and always will carry the proper Errors and Omissions and General Liability insurance for the protection of our clients, the properties we inspect and ourselves.
