Coverage Options

The HomeProtector policy covers both damage to your property and your liability or legal responsibility for injuries and property damage you or members of your family cause to others. It also covers loss of use and additional living expenses in the event that you’re unable to live in your home temporarily because of a fire or other insured disaster.

ERIE’s HomeProtector program* includes:
Broadcover – Covers named perils (such as a fire, theft, hail, wind or lightning damages) on personal property and buildings (such as a home, garage or fence)
Extracover – Covers named perils on personal property and provides comprehensive coverage on buildings
Ultracover – Provides comprehensive coverage on personal property and buildings

 Coverage is also available for apartments, condos and mobile homes.
