Union County native and graduate of Wingate University, Leslie has lived in the Charlotte area her whole life. Her father and prior agency owner, Phillip Gaddy, felt the natural replacement to continue his 30 year insurance tradition was his daughter. Leslie’s dedication and volunteer efforts in local schools and devotion to her own family reflects qualities essential to being a trusted Allstate advisor. Taught by her father’s example, Leslie learned the importance of protecting family and the pleasure from helping people insure what is most precious.

Outside of Edwards & Gaddy Insurance, you’ll find Leslie cheering for her son’s baseball team or watching her daughter’s volleyball game. Leslie and her children live in Wesley Chapel.
