Kristen was born and raised in Bonnyville.  She is the principal of the firm, and conducts a general practice. She has experience in the areas of real estate law, family law, and wills & estates law, and business law. She especially enjoys representing companies and their stakeholders with a wide range of matters, including corporate reorganizations, incorporations and unanimous shareholders’ agreements, enforcement of debts, contract disputes and commercial real estate. She has appeared before the Provincial Courts of Alberta and the Court of Queen’s Bench, and has assisted in preparing cases for appeals before the Alberta Court of Appeal. She was proud to take over her practice from Allan Fraser, a 35-year Bonnyville lawyer, and is committed to providing excellent client service, locally.
