Common Questions

What should I bring to the spa?

We provide everything needed for your services including spa robes, slippers, towels, and disposable undergarments. Please ensure purses and valuables are stored with you in your treatment room.

What should I wear during a massage or body treatment?

Clients are encouraged to undress to their comfort level. Many clients disrobe completely and some prefer to leave on their undergarments. You will be professionally draped at all times. Therapists are trained to respect client modesty and will only undrape the area of the body they are working on at that time.

In our professional atmosphere, therapists will often work in the glute (buttock) region as it is a key area of restriction in releasing low back pain and providing a full body myofacial realignment. Therapists will work within your personal comfort range. Please inform your therapist of your preference on pressure and comfort at all times.

What if I am uncomfortable during my treatment?

Please inform your therapist at all times of your preference for temperature, pressure, and your overall comfort.

Is there anything I should do after my treatment?

As part of the detoxification process with all spa services it is important to drink lots of water to assist the body in flushing itself of toxins. Also, be sure to soak in our complimentary sea salt bath salts after your services.

Benefits of Soaking in our Bath Salts:

  • Great purifier
  • Remove toxins from systems and draws out impurities through the skin
  • Relaxes muscles and helps remove lactic acid, which makes the body stiff, tired, and weak (lactic acid is a by product of exercise and diary consumption).
  • 80 minerals in sea salt that nourish, revitalize, and sooth the system
  • Kills germs and bacteria on the skin
  • Magnesium and sulfate absorbed through the skin
