Purchasing

The purchase of a property is by far the largest financial commitment any one of us ever makes. This is especially so in British Columbia. We are well experienced in assisting buyers, whether it is their first home or their tenth.

Be aware that in addition to the legal fees you may pay for a purchase, there are certain other costs, some of which will be “disbursements”. These are costs that we will pay on your behalf. They would include the fees from the Land Title Office for searching the title, registering your transfer and mortgage, if you have one. They may also include a survey certificate or title insurance. We do not charge clients for postage, faxes or copies.

Selling a Home

If you are selling your home, please allow us to bring to you our many years of experience in representing clients.
