Among the national real estate franchises, RE/MAX agents continue to be the most productive. In both the 2012 REAL Trends 500 and the RIS Media Power Broker surveys, RE/MAX agents continue to be the clear leaders with respect to agent productivity. The two prestigious annual surveys, which rank performance in 2011, showed once again that RE/MAX leads all national franchises when it comes to helping U.S. homebuyers and sellers. 

RE/MAX brokerages claimed a dominant 44 of the Top 50 brokerages when ranked by transaction sides per agent in the REAL Trends 500. The survey also showed that RE/MAX agents averaged 15.1 transaction sides in 2011, an improvement of 4% from the previous survey and a level two times greater than the average of agents with most other national franchises.
Customer Satisfaction
The proof of quality service is in repeat business and referrals. RE/MAX Sales Associates average 70 percent of their business from repeats and referrals, while other agents average approximately 30 percent from those sources.
