Alaine Donnes Lafaso, DVM:
Born and raised in Thibodaux, Dr. Lafaso graduated from LSU Veterinary School in 2004.  After an extensive renovation of a local horse barn (known to the local community as the old Peltier farm or the old Nicholls Farm, she opened Acadian Animal Hospital in 2008 in Chackbay, LA.  She resides in Chackbay with her husband Tony and three boys JJ, Eli, and Leo and a host of animals (2 dogs, 3 cats, horse, and goat).
