We encourage all our clients to be present during the inspection so that questions can be asked and answered as the report is being completed. During the inspection we will offer you maintenance tips, and share knowledge of the home which will help you to better comprehend the various components and how they operate.
Our computer-generated, client-friendly reports are very detailed and thorough. Reports are usually available on-line within 24 hours. For ease of reading and greater comprehension, we also highlight current and potential problems in the summary section. The report will tell you exactly what to expect in both interior and exterior maintenance before you buy or sell, to avoid unpleasant surprises.
