You found the home of your dreams. You have made a purchase offer and it has been accepted. Friends and family have seen the home and everyone is excited.

But who has looked carefully and objectively at the house. Do the toilets flush? Is the roof in good condition? How old is the water heater? What is the condition of the electrical panel?

These are some of the things, along with many others, that a Home Inspector looks at and reports to you. As a Home Inspector, I perform the valuable service of looking at the major components of your home from a dispassionate and objective viewpoint. I will prepare a written report summarizing my findings, including recommendations for repairs, maintenance and upkeep, and potential improvements affecting the overall performance of the systems of the home.
