What motivates you? Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will make. I am dedicated to providing a service that will really help a person make an informed decision. I want to provide a positive experience for my customers that will allow the customer to feel confident in their decision.
How did you get involved in Home Inspections? I wanted to get out of my office job and put my 10 plus years of construction experience to use. I decided in the spring of 2009 to become my own boss and become a home inspector. I really enjoy meeting new people. This job allows me to me to meet people and to help them to make sure that they know what the condition of the house is and to help eliminate costly surprises.
What is your favorite book? I am a big fan of anything written by Stephen Ambrose. He was so talented in the way he documented the significant people and events that influenced history. His books and World War II are so profound. You really begin to understand what that generation of young men and women sacrificed to preserve this country and to protect those who were at the mercy of totalitarian dictatorships.
History Buff, huh? What historical figures do you admire? I admire Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Jackie Robinson and Dwight Eisenhower. These men exemplified great courage in the face of very hostile enemies. They led by making tough decisions and perservered through some of the toughest times. Okay...I am a history geek.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? I love spending time with my family, fishing with my boys, softball, volleyball, church activities, and the Minnesota Twins. I also like to help friends with projects and working on the Willmar Ambulance as an EMT.
Tell us about your family. I am blessed with an awesome wife of over 10 years, Traci, and three boys who love to wrestle, fish, watch Star Wars, ice skate, and keep us entertained.
