Fixing vehicles is in our blood and it's where we excel. Doc's Car Clinic is the work of generations of car people. Owner Brian Small's grandfather owned the first Ford dealership in Washington, D.C., exposing Brian to the business. During high school, Brian also began working at a gas station, which was operated by a family that taught him the value of kindness and customer care. It was here that he first learned how to fix cars. Later, Brian started Doc's Auto Clinic because he felt car repair was an honest way to make a living. That tradition of honesty, coupled with extensive training, continues today. We have been living in Steamboat since 1996, and opened Doc's Auto Clinic in 1997. We later outgrew our original location in a strip mall by Steamboat Motors and moved to our own building at Copper Ridge. This allowed us to install new equipment, including a heavy-duty alignment rack and four-post lifts. Since first opening our doors, it's been our goal to provide the best auto care in the city. That's why we only hire ASE certified mechanics and use only the best parts. Really, how can one expect to be the best if one doesn't invest in the best? We work hard to bring you the best automotive service possible. When he’s not working, he’s camping, fishing, hiking, hunting, and playing soccer during the summer. During the winter he tries to go snowmobiling as much as he can.
