Our Story:

           C R Moyer Logistics LLC began moving services in 2008 as Affordable Moving and Hauling.  At that time, Chad Moyer, the company founder, was involved with general freight hauling for various businesses.  He decided that it was time expand into a new form of service that could directly help people during a time in their lives that can be quite difficult and stressful...moving.   Chad started this moving service because he had heard many stories of the "bad move" experience. Stories of people having to deal with uncaring, unsympathetic and unscrupulous moving companies seemed to be more common than he had expected.  He also had a few "horror stories" of his own regarding major truck rental companies when he had moved at different times earlier in his life.  After years in the field of transportation, Chad began to offer residential and commercial moving services. Starting out with referrals and word of mouth, he has had many satisfied moving customers yet has managed to keep the business small.  This is in order to provide the personal touch and provide a service that he would expect to receive himself. Moyer's Movers have been well trained and carefully vetted in order to provide movers that care about doing quality work.  In 2014, the limited liability company, C R Moyer Logistics LLC, was formed to provide residential and commercial moving services as well as general freight hauling services.
