Phil Stoffan has been practicing law since 1993, following nearly 25 years as a small business owner and a senior manager in large, complex organizations. Phil earned his law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law while serving as the chief operating officer for a start-up healthcare data analysis and feedback business.
