Andrew Horan

Andrew Horan started in the title industry in 1987 as a courier for a Madison area title company. In 1991 he became the manager of a Milwaukee based title company and in 1993 began his own title company in the Fox River Valley. In 1999 he sold his company to a national title insurance company and spent the next ten years successfully managing it. He earned several top honors including “Manager of the Year”. Andrew has come full circle by restarting his own company, “Andrew Horan Closing and Title Services, LLC”.

Andrew’s message: Business is a very simple equation. Find ways to help the professionals that work with you to enhance their business, increase profits and make their lives easier and they will do the same. Treat everyone you work with, professional and public, with respect and understanding. Serve everyone with gladness.

 

Michelle Nelson

Michelle L. Nelson comes to Andrew Horan Closing and Title Services, LLC with a real estate background.   She obtained her Title insurance license in 1995.  Michelle worked for Andrew Horan for 8 of the previous 10 years as a Senior Closing Agent and Office Manager.
As a Customer Service Coordinator, Michelle oversees all phases of the title insurance process and assists with public relations. She specializes in the complex area of closings. She is responsible for the preparation of legal documents for sales and refinances transactions.  Michelle prepares broker/realtor seller statements, prepares the HUD 1 settlement statements, preforms purchase and refinance closings, handles the disbursement of funds and issues final policies.

Michelle’s message:  My emphasis is the customer’s experience.  I am dedicated to providing friendly professional customer assistance while utilizing the latest technology.  It is essential the customer leave the closing with confidence and understanding.

 

 

Peggy Anderson

Peggy began compiling her industry knowledge base 1983 in Denver CO, working in the fields of lending and title insurance for 10 years. After returning to her hometown in Wisconsin in 1993, she re-connected with the title industry in 1994. Her concentration has been in the preparation of broker closing statement, working hand-in-hand with realtors and sellers. She became a licensed title insurance agent in 2007. Her focus as a Customer Service Coordinator at AHCATS will be on the closing process from start to finish, as well as assisting when necessary with all other phases of the organization.

Peggy’s Mission Statement: “My goal at AHCATS is to assure our customers that I can be of assistance to them no matter when the need arises, as I can be contacted at any time via email, text or phone. Also, I am totally mobile, which means I can offer to be there—wherever the customer determines that might need to be. All of this is done in an effort to assist our customers in their success—which in turn will mean that AHCATS succeeds as well.”
