• To ensure prompt service, appointments are always desirable , but walk-in's are gladly accepted.  
• We appreciate a twenty-four hour notice to cancel an appointment.
• As a courtesy to our guest, please turn off cell phones while in the salon.
• Store credit is issued for all returns accompanied with a receipt.  No cash returns for products.
