Nibils Restaurant was a dream of Margaret and Jack Cahill long before they lived in Myrtle Beach, S.C. The couple, who met while working atCon Edisonin New York City, fell in love and changed their lives forever. The pair grew up in the Bronx but after being married and having two children, moved outside of the city. Jack, who first worked as a peanut salesman atYankees stadium, was a fry cook at local establishments growing up. He then began to work in the restaurant industry while also still employed at Con Edison. This is when he began to refine his knowledge of becoming a restaurateur.
