As your local Pillar to Post Certified Home Inspector, Troy is dedicated to providing you with a customer service experience that meets and exceeds industry standards. He sets himself apart from others and works closely with buyers, sellers and agents and continuously provides a top quality home inspection that is detailed, in-depth and easier to understand. In addition to inspecting the home and reporting on the true condition, he guides clients on how to properly maintain the home to help reduce long term maintenance costs. He is fully insured and carries both E & O and Liability Insurance. At the age of 20, Troy started his own renovation company after working alongside his dad around the house, doing home renovations and flip houses for several years.
Troy has seen, built and repaired virtually everything a home has to offer. He has experience working in and with structural, framing, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, both commercial and residential. His knowledge of the construction industry allows him to understand how all individual components of your home work and interact with each other as a whole. In 2013, Troy decided to take his experience and knowledge to the next level and become a Licensed and Certified Home Inspector. As an Inspector, he will provide you with the facts and his professional opinion, unbiased and honest these will assist you in making a smart and informative decision on the purchase of your new home. He is no new comer to business…his parents have operated several businesses which Troy was involved in, even at a young age, Troy was well liked by customers of all ages and backgrounds. Troy has always been a go getter. Two days after his 18th birthday, he wrote the exam for his AZ license, the minimum allowable age. Within a couple of weeks, he drove and received his license with the Ministry of Transportation, the youngest person to receive the license in Clinton. Troy’s determination to thrive and succeed in life came at the age of 17 after he was hit by a pickup truck while walking down his own driveway. It was an incident that could have taken his life, and an accident that could have been prevented. He spent eight months in a hospital bed, listening to medical professionals telling him that it will be his new way of life, bedridden and the major focus for him will be to learn to cope with pain. A natural optimist and a zest for life, Troy adapted quickly – mentally and physically – to mobilize himself from a potentially paralyzing situation. His courage and determination has helped him strive to overcome adversity and excel at the challenges he would be faced with. Troy has built an impressive reputation for excellence from real estate sales representatives and their clients. He is highly regarded for his expertise and knowledge, educating each buyer during the inspection process. Troy’s mission is to “teach people about homes and buildings and how to care for them in a way that will increase the overall quality of their life.”
