As an AHS contractor relations representative for thirteen years, Kevin Gross learned the home warranty business from the inside out, and saw firsthand just how critical service excellence is to building customer relationships. Most recently, Kevin managed the Dallas/Fort Worth contractor network.

As an AHS Account Representative, Kevin's territory will cover the entire state of Iowa. "I've lived in Carroll, Iowa, for the majority of my life, although I have spent time in Des Moines as well as in Omaha and Kearney, Nebraska," he says. "I look forward to serving real estate clients in my home state." He's started his commitment to the area by joining the Iowa Association of REALTORS.

When he's not working, Kevin likes to spend time with his son, Jackson, and his daughter, Ava. "We enjoy camping, kayaking, and just being active outside," Kevin says. "I enjoy coaching Jackson's tackle football team and Ava's softball team."

Kevin also enjoys coaching clients on how to win with home warranties. "I'm happy to share my knowledge and show real estate professionals how AHS Home Warranties can benefit them and their clients," he says.
