Bill Compton
President/CEO
Bill is a Certified Inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Prior to the Real Estate Inspection business, Bill was a Certified General Contractor and served as President of a luxury home construction and renovation company. Bill is an active member of Rotary International, where he has served as both President and Assistant Governor. Bill is a veteran of the United States Navy and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Michael Gonzalez
ASHI Certified Inspector
Years of Experience: 12+ Mike is a certified inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Over his career, he has inspected over 600 homes. Prior to the real estate inspection business, Mike spent many years in the construction industry consulting with general contractors on building materials. Mike is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp Reserve. He received his associate’s degree from Gwinnett Technical Institute. Mike has also completed a course in home inspector building code review.

Chris Howe
ASHI Certified Inspector
Years of Experience: 25+ Chris is a certified inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is experienced in both residential and commercial properties. Chris is an International Code Council (ICC) certified professional for one and two-story family dwellings and is also certified to perform radon testing and mold testing. Chris is an instructor for Champia University – continuing education program for realtors. Prior to the real estate inspection business, Chris spent many years in the construction industry as a carpenter. Chris is a veteran of the United States Air Force and is currently serving on active reserves. He received his undergraduate degree from National Louis University and a Certificate of Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University.

Dr. Michael Molley
Certified Environmental Auditor, Environmental Professional and Fisheries Scientist
Years of Experience: 35+ Dr. Molley is an expert in natural resources, wetland, regulatory compliance and environmental assessments. He has conducted hundreds of Phase I (due diligence) and Phase II (soil/groundwater) investigations at both residential and commercial and industrial properties. Dr. Molley specializes in Phase I/II assessments at industrial sites. He has taught undergraduate and graduate courses in biology, zoology and environmental management. Dr. Molley is currently a visiting Professor at DeVry University.

Terri Drabek
Certified Environmental Engineer, Professional Engineer, Civil Engineer
Years of Experience: 30+ Terri has an M.S. in Bio-medical Engineering from the Virginia Commonwealth University as well as a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is also a licensed Professional Engineer. Terri has provided a technical management and senior review for Resource Conservation and Recovery ACT permits and compliance, underground storage tank closures and remedial plans as well as Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.

Vince Tidwell
ASHI Certified Inspector, Mechanical Engineer
Years of Experience: 5+ Vince is an associate inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Prior to the real estate inspection business, Vince was a Mechanical Design Engineer for McDonald Douglas. Additionally, Vince has personally designed and built four houses. Vince received his BME at Georgia Institute of Technology and went on to earn an MBA at Georgia State University. He is a member of Golden Key International Honor Society. Vince is currently finishing up his Professional Engineering certification which will qualify him to inspect the structural integrity of new and existing structures.

Josef Niehuser
ASHI Inspector
Years of Experience: 7+ Joe is an inspector with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is also an active member of the Georgia Association of Home Inspectors (GAHI). Joe is a residential ICC code certified inspector and prior to the real estate inspection business, Joe spent many years in the construction industry as a certified mason and general contractor. Joe is originally from Germany but has lived in the United States since 1985.

Paul Feyereisen

Years of Experience: 30+ Paul has a B.S. in General Engineering from the united States Military Academy and an M.A. i International Affairs from George Washington University. he is a Senior Home Inspector with the Atlanta Housing Authority and has worked in the Corporate Real Estate Industry. Paul planned, developed and executed an assessment program for 150 multi-family properties for the Public Housing Authority, managed the New Contracts Division of the Housing Choice Department and provided management oversight of the Atlanta Housing Authority’s Relocation’s Department while it was being re-organized. Paul also directed the project to design, build and operate the Olympic Athlete Welcome and Accreditation Center for the 1996 Olympic Games.

Rick received his undergraduate degree from Southern Polytechnic State University.

Tucker is an associate inspector with the American Society of Home Inspector’s. Prior to the real estate inspection business, Tucker spent 20+ years in outside sales and 6 years in management. Tucker graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Delaware State University in 1990.

Years of Experience: 25+ Paul is a graduate of the American Society of Home Inspectors training course and is an associate inspector with ASHI. Prior to the real estate inspection industry, Paul was a property manager for companies in the real estate and banking industries. As a property manager, Paul managed contractors in the repair and renovation of commercial properties.

Years of Experience: 30+ Ron comes to Champia as our Director of Sales. Over his career, Ron has worked in sales and marketing through print media as well as television and radio. Most recently, Ron has served as Director of Partnership Service with NE Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors.

Customer Relations
Years of Experience: 25+ Lisa has worked part time in various administrative roles for the past several years. Her prior experience includes 22 years in sports and sports television including 9 years as a manager of talent services for Turner Sports, and 5 years as a publicity assistant for the Philadelphia Eagles Football Club, Inc. Lisa received her B.A in Journalism from Rutgers University. She received a 2001 National Sports Emmy for the NBA on TNT in Studio Production.

Years of Experience: 25+ Gay Linn has been an administrative/executive assistant for many upper management positions. She is a highly organized individual with an eye for detail. She is extremely proficient in most computer software and enjoys the creativity of Publisher and Excel. Gay Linn updates our website and is extremely versatile. She wears many hats at Champia.

Scheduling Specialist
Years of Experience: 15+ Martresa works in the Champia Call Center at our corporate office, taking in-bound calls 6 days a week. She provides inspection support services to both our customers and inspectors. Martresa speaks fluent Spanish and has a background in marketing and business development. Prior to Champia, she worked the front desk for a busy medical practice and for the executive offices of the Atlanta Hawks. Martresa plans to complete a B.A. in Modern Language & culture at Kennesaw State University.
