Many times this diagnosis will lead to the conclusion that the cost of repairs exceeds the value of the computer, Greybeard Technology, LLC still needs to change the customer/client for the diagnostic fee. All diagnostic fees are waived if the customer/client wishes to have Greybeard Technology, LLC, repair the computer.
