In the summer of 2010, Candice Skinner saw her dream become a reality when she officially opened the doors to Candice M. Skinner Real Estate, LLC (CSRE). Within the first two years through her unwavering determination and an unwillingness to give up, the CSRE team secured half of the market share in an area where much of the competition has been in business for up to 30 years. Candice founded this company with the fresh perspective of 100 percent client satisfaction and a commitment to completing every transaction having gained a life-long friend.
With the help of her father, Ray Medina, who is a licensed Realtor with more than 20 years of experience and serves as the CEO and Property Manager, they have formed a team of aggressive, driven, and knowledgeable agents that are available and motivated to make the home selling and buying process smooth and enjoyable.
One of the main goals of CSRE since its conception was to branch out into other markets, bringing our pledge of complete client satisfaction along with us. Within the first three years, we have expanded and opened branch offices in DeRidder and Lake Charles. We are becoming a recognized brand in central and south Louisiana, which is fulfilling and thrilling. We are set and prepared for the growth our state is witnessing now, and we are positioned to provide the information and know-how necessary for the newcomers that are predicted to call Louisiana home in the future.
