How long have you been in the mortgage business and what inspired you to get into it?
I have been in the mortgage business for 11 years. i was inspired to leave the audit work to come this as I have family in the business that new before I did that my "bed side manner" style of handling clients' needs would position me to be the trusted mortgage advisor to many.

What advice would you give new or first time home buyers?
60% of my purchase business is related to a buyer buying for the 1st time. It's important for those client to understand is that it's a team effort, and the most important thing needed is communication. Have a good open forum to discuss things freely, efficiently, so that the end result is a smooth closing and a client relationship for life.

What part of the home loan process do customers find most difficult and how do you help them through it?
I believe that the most difficult part of the process to buyers is the buyers trying to understand how it works. I take the time to explain the process in several stages throughout the process. By discussing it several times in the beginning, it helps formulate the tone of the way the process should run as well as the do's and the don'ts.

What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time when you are not helping people with their home loans?
I don't have much free time lately. However, I can't imagine being away from my family for long ( my wife, son, and daughter). My personal time is filled with family, family, and family. My wife and I schedule ONE day over the week that is ONLY just t

Tell us something that makes you unique or something wacky, yet interesting about you?
I think those that know me best would say that my analogies used are at times funny and weird at the same time. I try to be creative with them, and but sometimes they do sound silly.....silly me I guess :-)
