Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make.  You need to know exactly what you are buying.  I take great pride in providing this service. We provide a computer generated report including color photos with every inspection.

I work directly for you. A "normal" Inspection on a 1800 Sq ft size home takes 2-3 hours. I schedule one full home inspection per day. So if it takes longer, its not a problem.  I am there until the job is done. My goal is for you to move into this home and not have any surprises.

The service does not end after the report is completed.  Should you have any questions months down the road, you are encouraged to give me a call and I will do whatever it takes to insure that you are completely comfortable with the property.

My Promise

Choosing the right Home Inspector can be difficult.  Unlike most professionals, you will not get to meet me until you hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes different pricing.
