We are a general contractor that specializes in new residential building, remodeling and additions. We also do small home improvement jobs. We’re open minded, and are glad to do estimates and weigh in on your project or idea.
Consultation

Estimates – We’ll meet you and do a custom estimate for your specific needs.
Brainstorming – We can often provide a solution that will suit your needs with methods and practices you may not think of on your own. That’s why it never hurts to start a dialog about your project.
Open communication lines – Before during and after the project, we will be there for communication on the phone, over email and in person. We’re a community oriented company, so we aim to create relationships that last a lifetime.

Project Management

We’re a general contractor, so we oversee you’re entire project. Our master builders will either do the work themselves, or directly supervise any and all subcontracted work for quality assurance. Hiring Olympia Construction means that your project is underway the right way, no matter your level of involvement.
Residential and Light Commercial

We have done a myriad of new buildings and remodel residential jobs, but we can also take on light commercial work, and tenant improvements for larger apartment complexes, duplexes and condos. It also never hurts to ask. We may be able to deliver something not covered here.
